Dimension Measurement System

General Description

• During inter-process, for product quality control in a plate mill, the system is used to measure and control the external factors, such as width, camber, length, and perpendicularity, by vision procession method using laser and CCD camera. The system is focused on integrating units for measuring width, camber, length and perpendicularity, minimizing repeated data from and installation of apparatus in measuring units, reinforcing correlations with measurement results by measuring at a single measuring point, thus enhancing confidence in quality control.
