General Description

Among PCM systems in the continuous operation of picking line and cold rolling mill in steel industry, PCS measures off-center quantity of the strips required for cross adjust control against locking between preceding strip and the next coil at PL entry section welder by using laser and CCD camera, and provides various interface with measurement results.
This system can be used to evenly control rolling distribution in housing APC and mill during side trimming process and the use of reflective measurement method eliminated the possible spatial restraints when installing it.
